Here we've gathered answers to the most common questions our guests have. Find information on everything from check-in times to convenient amenities, so you can plan your dream holiday with us.
1. When is check-in and check-out?
For motorhomes, caravans and tents, check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is by 12:00. For our cabins and glamping tents, check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.
2. Are dogs allowed at Solvalla?
Yes, four-legged friends are very welcome here! We ask that dogs are kept on a lead throughout the site and that you show consideration for other guests by cleaning up after them.
3. Do I need a separate adapter for the power connection?
Our power columns use standard CEE plugs (blue camping plug). If you only have a standard socket, adaptors can be purchased in the kiosk or in some cases borrowed from reception for a deposit.
4. Do you offer free wireless internet?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available for all our guests. Coverage is strongest around communal areas such as the restaurant and service buildings, but we also have good coverage in most car parks.
5. When should the area be closed at night?
To ensure that everyone gets a good night's sleep and a refreshed start to the day, there must be night rest between 23:00 and 07:00. We also ask that driving is limited during this time.
6. Can I charge my electric car at the campsite?
The power sockets on the motorhome pitches are not dimensioned for charging electric cars. We have our own dedicated charging stations at the main car park that our guests can use for a fee for safe and fast charging.
